Hi! Heather here. You may know that I’m a yoga instructor but did you also know I love to run?! I love it so much I became an NAASFP certified marathon coach to help others achieve their running dreams.
I’ve run eight marathons and eight Around the Bay (ATB) 30K races. Over the years, I’ve worked my way up from a 5K learn to run clinic all the way to marathon training. I could not have gotten there without coaching and hard work.
My favourite race experience was the 2018 Chicago Marathon. It is a world major marathon, it’s in a city I love and I got to experience it with an amazing group of running friends.
I named my coaching business Come Run, Come All because I want everyone to feel like they fit in. No matter where you’re starting from, there is a plan for you. With patience and hard work, you will get to where you want to be.

Everyone can benefit from personal coaching. I will build a custom plan just for you and support you on your journey. I’ll tweak the schedule if you need time off or life gets in the way. I will provide encouragement and motivation in abundance. I am here to help you succeed and have fun!
I provide personal one-on-one coaching, duo and small group coaching. Let me know if you have a small group that is training for an upcoming race or goal and I will build a plan you can all follow.
We can meet in person or virtually.
A custom training plan is $75 and personal coaching is $50 a month. Contact me for more information and group rates.
My monthly fee for personal coaching includes unlimited email/text contact, 2 in-person meet-ups (more can be negotiated), training plan adjustments and weekly progress follow-ups.

Heather is an amazing running coach. Her strong running background coupled with her experience as a yoga teacher make a perfect combination. I was looking to get back into running after pregnancy with a focus on building speed while building some endurance back up.
